ATEX Pumps

ATEX approved Polypropylene pumps now available. These units are available in 1″, 1.5″ and 2″ and have elastomers in the following options; Buna-N (Nitrile), EPDM (Nordel), Hytrel, Santoprene, PTFE (Teflon) and Viton. All options come certified and feature ARO’s unique Polypropylene with carbon-fibre content. Call for further details and the UK’s most competitive prices.

The Aro air valve uses only air for pump shifting with no mechanical or magnetic actuators are used.

This design prevents the possibility of stalling. Drum pump and high pressure versions add to the versatility of the range. FDA compliant versions are also available.

In addition to the AODD pumps, there is an Aro range of piston pumps for moving higher viscosity liquids.

All pumps comply with the ATEX 100A directive for explosive atmospheres. The European community and their safety are of utmost importance to us. We take responsibility for not only our product, but also for the supporting documentation and compliance of necessary directives.

These pumps comply with ATEX 94/9/EC Group I, category M2 and Group II, category 2 zones G & D.
