1. 1. Price and payment Prezzo e pagamento
1.1 The price (inclusive of VAT) for the Goods (“the Price”) shall be the quoted price of the Seller and payment of the Price shall be made by the Buyer within 30 days of the date (“the Due Date”) of the invoice for the Goods. 1.1 Il prezzo (comprensivo di IVA) per le merci ( "il Prezzo") è il prezzo quotato del Venditore e il pagamento del prezzo deve essere effettuato dal compratore entro 30 giorni dalla data (la "Data di scadenza") di la fattura per le merci.
1.2 If the Price is not paid by the due date interest shall accrue both before and after judgment on the unpaid portion of the Price at the rate of four per cent. 1.2 Se il prezzo non è versato entro la data di scadenza maturano gli interessi sia prima che dopo la sentenza sulla non corrisposto parte del prezzo al tasso del quattro per cento.
2. 2. Goods Merci
The description and quantity of the Goods to be sold (“the Goods”) shall be as set out in the quotation provided by the Seller to the Buyer (“the Quotation”). La descrizione e quantità dei prodotti da vendere ( "Merci") sono indicati nella citazione fornite dal venditore al compratore ( "l'Offerta").
3. 3. Delivery Consegna
The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer’s address and on the date as both are shown on the Quotation. Il Venditore deve consegnare la merce al Compratore di indirizzo e alla data in quanto entrambi sono indicati sulla quotazione. Time shall not be of the essence for delivery. Tempo non è di essere l'essenza per la consegna.
4. 4. Ownership of the goods Proprietà dei prodotti
The Company shall retain ownership of the Goods until they are paid for. La Società dovrà conservare la proprietà delle merci fino a quando non sono pagati. If this occurs, the Buyer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the Goods whilst they are in their possession. 5. 5. Cancellation Cancellazione
The Buyer cannot cancel the order unless the Company agrees in writing. L'Acquirente non può annullare l'ordine a meno che la Società si impegna per iscritto. If the order is cancelled without the Company’s agreement, the Buyer must pay any reasonable losses and costs it suffers because of the cancellation. If the Company cancels the contract, it must pay the Buyer any reasonable losses and costs suffered because of the cancellation. 6. 6. Third party rights Diritti di terzi
Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, nothing herein shall confer nor is it intended to confer a benefit on any third party for the purposes of the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or for any other purpose. Nonostante qualsiasi altra disposizione del presente accordo, nulla nel presente documento conferisce né è destinato a conferire un vantaggio ai terzi ai fini del contratto (Diritti di Terze Parti) del 1999 o per qualsiasi altro scopo.
