  • Are your products covered by warranty?

    Triark Pumps Limited warrants its products to the original end-use purchaser to be free of defective materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of five (5) years from date of shipment from Triark’s plant. This warranty applies only to products which are used in accordance with all maintenance and operation instructions provided by Triark Pumps.

  • Do you supply spare parts for the products you sell?

    Yes, we can supply spare parts, kits and accessories for all pumps we supply. We also carry large stocks. Please contact us on 01621 781 144 or email sales@tri-ark.com with your requirements.

  • How long will it take for an order to arrive for spare parts?

    The delivery time depends upon your location, but is next working day for all mainland UK deliveries and 2 days for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland for orders despatched by 3.30pm. For Europe, deliveries are generally within 2-4 days and the Middle East, Fast East and further afield within 5-7 days. We have a range of couriers and services at our disposal and will try our best to also accommodate expedited and timed services where possible.

  • How long will it take for an order to arrive for pumps?

  • What are the payment terms?

    All customers without a credit account will be required to pay on a proforma invoice basis. We will order or despatch goods upon receipt of cleared funds. Customers are able to apply for a credit account, but the first order placed is required to be paid by proforma.

  • What payment types do you accept?
    1. Cards: We accept all major UK credit cards including Visa and MasterCard. We also accept most debit cards including Visa Delta and Connect cards. We do now also accept American Express, but we do not accept Diner’s Club. When paying by a debit or credit card the delivery will be only to the UK address that the card is registered to. We can only accept card payments for GBP Sterling transactions.
    2. Cheques and Banker’s Drafts/Banker’s Cheques: Subject to clearing. We can only accept cheques for GBP Sterling transactions.
    3. Payments direct to our bank account: We accept cheque, BACS and CHAPS (electronic transfers) direct into our bank accounts. For your convenience, we have a GBP Steeling, US Dollar and Euro accounts. Payments from overseas bank accounts are subject to a £15.00 administration fee when paying into our GBP Sterling account, $20.00 when paying into our US Dollar account and €20.00 when paying into our Euro account.
  • How can I place an order with Triark?

    You can reply directly to the member of the sales team who provided your quotation, or you can call us on 01621 781 144, send us your order via fax to +44 1621 781155 or email the sales team on sales@tri-ark.com.

    We will ask you for an order number and your invoice and delivery addresses.

  • How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been despatched, we can provide you with the courier name and a tracking number. For overseas deliveries, we can provide you with a scanned copy of your Air Waybill too. Please contact us on 01621 781 144 or email us on sales@tri-ark.com with your requirements.

  • What is your order cancellation policy?

    The cancellation policy depends on the goods ordered. For all bespoke and special order items, goods cannot be cancelled or returned.Please contact us on 01621 781 144 or email us on sales@tri-ark.com with your queries and we can look into this further for you.

  • How much will delivery cost?

    The delivery cost depends upon the delivery location, the weight of the delivery and the service required. We have access to use Royal Mail, parcel couriers, pallet couriers, same day couriers and international freight forwarders.

  • Do you have it in stock?

    We hold a large stock of pumps, spares and accessories at our facility in Essex, UK. If you have received a quotation, your anticipated lead-time will be given. If you require any expedites, additional timed services, or improvements to stated times, we will endeavour to work with you to accommodate this.   • Can you offer a same-day delivery?

    We are able to offer same day delivery. The is dependent upon the delivery location and the time the order is received.   • Can we collect our goods?

    Yes, you are welcome to arrange to collect your goods personally, or by sending in your preferred courier to make your collections. This will need to be arranged with us in advance of any collection attempt being made. Please contact us on 01621 781 144 or email us on sales@tri-ark.com with your requirements.

  • Do you export?

    Yes, regularly. There are certain brands that are not able to be sold into certain territories due to factory restrictions, sanctions or trade agreements, but this is discussed at quotation stage.Please contact us on 01621 781 144 or email us on sales@tri-ark.com with your requirements.

  • Can you offer 2.2 and 3.1 certification?

    As long as the certification required is offered by the manufacturer, then yes we can offer this to you. Generally, specific certification such as 2.2 and 3.1 is chargeable and we would need to be advised of these requirements at quotation stage.

    We are also able to arrange Chamber of Commerce Certificates of Origin. These are chargeable.

    We can also offer a Triark Pumps Certificate of Conformity and a Triark Pumps Certificate of Origin free of charge.

    All certification must be requested at point of order and cannot be issued retrospectively.Please contact us on 01621 781 144 or email us on sales@tri-ark.com with your requirements and we can look into this further for you.

  • Do you have ATEX certified pumps?

    Yes, we do. Please let us know your ATEX requirements in order for us to help you to select the correct pump for your application. Please contact us on 01621 781 144 or email us on sales@tri-ark.com with your requirements.

  • Do you have a restocking charge?

    Our standard restocking charge is 25%, however, this is dependent upon the goods ordered and is assessed on a case by case basis. Certain items, such as bespoke builds and special order items cannot be cancelled or returned. Generally goods cannot be returned after 30 days has passed since receipt.

  • What do I do if my goods arrive damaged?

    If you are take delivery of your goods and they are not delivered in the perfect condition in which you would expect, please ensure to sign for them as damaged with the courier and then report it to us in writing within 10 working days. Photographic evidence is highly appreciated, where possible.

  • Can you offer me any technical assistance once I have taken delivery of my order?

    We can offer you technical support over the phone, via email correspondence and also arrange a site visit to assist you if necessary. Please contact us on 01621 781 144 or email us on sales@tri-ark.com with your requirements.

  • Do you offer a repair service?

    We do offer a repair service on all AODD’s and for a selection of other pumps too. Please contact us for our Terms and Conditions of Repair. Health and Safety law requires that all pumps are purged and cleaned of product prior to you sending us in your pump, so we will require you to complete a Clean Pump Certificate also.
